Im 17, 5'4, and weigh about 119. Im trying to get down to atleast 110 pounds. I have to fit into this dress i bought so yeah. I already know what to eat. But how many times should i go to the gym a week? and what should i do there? I already have a p i just dont know what machines to go on , how long to go on them for, and how many times a week.

I felt that 'lit' is more in keeping with the word and image of 'shadow' and adds the necessary contrast - shadow then moves the poem on to the ending.

Too Much Punch For Judy?

Vegas is great for sightseeing, the hotels on the strip all have something great about them. At the Excalibur Hotel there is a games arcade downstairs that's a laugh riot. The Circus Circus Hotel has a theme park called Adventuredome, and it's a lot of fun with roller coasters, rock climbing, bumper cars etc. You can go on a gondola ride and visit the Wax Museum at the Venetian Hotel. The Paris Hotel is fun to walk around, and Caesar's Palace has the forum shops which are great. There is a factory outlet mall on the strip between the hotels and the airport called the Belz Outlet Mall and it has great shopping. The Stratosphere Hotel at the end of the strip has a roller coaster and observation deck which is cool. Most pools have a pool area, and you know that that's where all the teens will be hanging out while their parents are gambling. Also, downtown on Freemont Street, they have the Freemont Street Experience which is worth seeing and sometimes there are even free concerts. Make sure to go to a Vegas Planning site, or pick up a Vegas Travel Book, they'll list all the things to do, and you can browse that and make a plan of what sounds good before you go. Try to see a show too, very fun. Have lots of fun...............

Okay great victory yesterday we came from behind and took care of business. Now, i hear a lot of talk about how Torrado plays better than Leandro. Honestly..thats unbelievable! I love Triumphs. I bought a Bonneville when I was 15, back when they needed alot of care. Now they are a tighter bike. Not the bang for the buck you get with a japanese bike, not quite the quality in workmanship of a japanese bike. But they are a clic bike manufacture that have moved with the times and are still making relevant bikes...unlike the American manufacturers. There is something special about a Triumph and I would recommend them all day long. Just keep it out of the rain, they tend to show the effects of moisture a bit prematurely.

So My question is what should I do? Should I report this or quit? Because my Fiance makes good money at a grain mill here in my town it's 10.50/hr plus health and dental so do you think I should find another job and just be jobless for a while?

I went and spread er over the pepper. I ate half of the sandwich and my two dogs ate the other half. 6 month old sleep routine help?

My daughter will be 6 months on May 9th and she won't sleep through the night yet. She wakes me up 3-5 times just from 11pm-7am. My oldest daughter was sleeping through the night by the time she was 4 months old so this is a little strange to me although I know all babies are different. My 6 month old does take a pacifier when she is sleeping and when she wakes me up I usually have to put the pacifier in her mouth and then she goes back to sleep. She will wake up at 7am and usually fall back asleep until around 9:30-10 am and then she is up until about 1 or 1:30 and takes a 2 - 3 hour nap and then she is ready to go back to bed around 7pm for a few hours. I think the 7pm nap is what is keeping her up all night but how do I keep her awake from 7pm until a normal bedtime.. I'd say around 10:30pm? Could her nap routine be the problem of her waking up so much at night? I need some suggestions because I feel sleep deprived!!

Your computer can take that card since it has a PCIe x16 slot. In the Italian language, daVinci means of Vinci (dunno what the modern town name is) so with that knowledge the book is really called (all in English, almost) "the of Vinci code". I've been coughing for a few days now. It was a dry cough until yesterday. I started losing my voice, and it's like with the voice loss came the increased, now productive coughing. I'm steadily couching up mucus. It's a bit difficult to breathe. Nothing that I can't handle, but sometimes when I breathe in there's this weird vibration type feeling on the left side of my ribcage in the back. I'm uming it's coming from my lungs since it happens when I breathe. Right after I feel that vibration I always go into this coughing fit that lasts so long that I'm gasping for breath. I don't feel physically sick and nothing's wrong other than these symptoms. No fever that I've noticed. Nothing. I'd normally just let whatever it is run its course, but I'm starting my summer babysitting job on Monday and if what I have is contagious, I really don't want to bring it around the kids. Does anyone have any idea of what's going on?

I'm sorry you lost your dog. That's the hardest thing to go through. The problem is, dogs can't talk to us to tell us what's wrong so vets really have to guess a lot of the time. If there's a mystery it's hard for a vet to figure out because they can only treat the symptoms they see. You should have done a necropsy if you wanted to know but now the only thing you can do is move on. Remember the good times you had with her. And definitely let the boarding place know she got sick there.

I have a less than two year old Weil Mclain WTGO High Efficiency Oil Boiler - Tankless Heater. Over the last weeks or months ive noticed that my hot water pressure in my shower and around my house has gotten to the point where it is almost pressure less. EXPLORATION SUMMER PROGRAM AT YALE: EVER BEEN?

alright, i went to Explo for all nine years possible, three of those years i was at yale with the senior program. Pretty much, explo is as fun as you make it. As long as you take cles that interest you, they can be a lot of fun, however, if you go to a cl and decide that it isn't right for you, make sure to do add drop and switch cles because it's tough to be in a cl that you don't enjoy. As for outside of cl, the main thing that will determine whether you have fun or not is the friends you choose to make. Try to meet a ton of people from a bunch of different places rather than just find one group of friends. I mean, halls, cles, activities, trips, and main events are all great places to meet new people. Also, one of the main benefits of explo are the international students and students from all over the country. I'm from New England but got to room with people from venezuela, brazil, italy, spain, and korea. In terms of guys, there are generally less guys than girls at the older ages, but there are a good amount of guys going into sophmore year, and if your goal is to meet guys, you will definately be able to. The guys at explo, and the girls, pretty much are normal high school students, there is a whole range of both with extremely different people. Pretty much, whatever you're looking for, you can find. As far as hooking up goes, the staff is pretty adament about stopping it, but it's a high school program, and obviously, if people try hard enough, they'll find a way to do it. However, if caught, this leads to expulsion from the program. Most people decide that it's better to just avoid that altogether because it's kind of silly to have a relationship at a three week program. It's really not cliquey at all and there are by far enough people there to just avoid people you don't like and still have plenty of friends.
