Is it possible the FBI is behind Madoff's son's suicide?

Madoff's son was an essential part of the Federal case against his father. Nobody involved in the prosecution would want him dead. Of, course maybe the defense would want him unable to testify. As for Ivins, he was about to be arrested for attempted m murder, murder and terrorism. He was on a one way trip to the gas chamber or a needle in the arm. He was dead anyway. He just escaped justice.
