I saw this fairness cream ad... i mean they have given 28 days and guaranteed visible fairness? is it possible

In most cases it's not possible, im my case though there was a slight change but not a real visible fairness change. You should probably give it a try with ur friends just in case it doesn't work for you , you can p it on to a friend/family.
