The purpose of the foam is to trap debris like fish poop. Any of those media options would be fine, but avoid anything that claims to remove ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate, as this will almost certainly interfere with your biological filtration, meaning that once the chemicals are used up, you'll have nasty ammonia spikes.
