Whats wrong?pls atleast look at the question?

my computer has a cold boot problem, when i turn it of and turn it back on it either freezes or BSOD its okay when you restart it works fine but not when you shut down and start back up.the minidump said svc host but i dnt know what to do about svchost. pls hlp me....i also reformated and stuff it still has problem.
