What shirt to wear with a cream crochet skirt?

I have a beautiful knee lenght cream crochet skirt. I have brown high heels wrap around ankle straps. I need a shirt to go with it. It's for my brothers graduation so I want to look nice but not over do it. Oh by the way I'm 27.
