Definitely the Harry Potter series! Best books on the planet!!! Also, The Luxe series by Anna Godberson, "A Great and Terrible Beauty" by Libba Bray (and the sequels), the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson, Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan, Little House on the Prairie books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, "Gone with the Wind" by Margaret Mitchell, any books by Eva Ibbotsen, the Septimus Heap series by Angie Sage, "Uncle Tom's Cabin" by Harriet Beecher Stowe, the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld, the Redwall series by Brian Jacques, Nancy Drew books by Caroline Keene.
