I asked this in another section and no replies?

i am totally... i wont say in love... infatuated with this guy. he is 37 and im 21. i flirt with him and stuff and sometimes he seems to flirt back and sometimes not. i just dont know what to do. i cant just come out and tell him b/c it will ruin the relationship we already have. we sort of just work in a voulnteer organisation together. he s sort of like a boss.
