NARCAR,Why is it that drivers can't stay in ther own brackets, youve got Spinit series,Nationwide ,and the tru?

Isay each driver must show up for every race to be in a braket and if they don't show up in every race then they forfeit the points and any earning they won they can keep the trophy? I don't know why.
