Will tolerance eventually triumph over anti-religious bigotry?

Anti-religious bigotry is what led to the Holocaust, and while some people learned from that, there are still religious groups that are being persecuted. There are protests occurring outside churches, death threats being made, harment of church members. And often minority religious groups are labeled "cults." Will we eventually stop the hate and build a world where all people have a right to believe what they choose?
