Why do applications like 3d mark 06 pro say i have a AGP port?

I have an MSI SLI platinum mother board i know i have 4 PCIE slots 1 is x16 another is X8 and the other two are x1 any idea why it says this comptia A+ and net + and im just curiousi have Windows XP Pro and had a another Mobo before this
