What is he doing? (girls and guys)?

Two days ago my boyfriend and me were laying down for a nap, but i wasn't tired so i started to read a romance story just to get me to fall asleep. He saw me with the book and through it across the room and i got mad and turn my back to him, then he cuddle up to me. He said he was sorry and really didn't get much more than that. Last night we were going to bed and i was in some short pj's, it was hot, and he was in his pj bottoms. Well he started to tickle me and i got back at him and we were rolling all over. When I thought we were done and was catching my breath i felt him moving his hips on mine. I could tell he was "happy" and i was getting "hot", but i told him to stop and that i had already said i wasn't ready for it and pushed him off me. He got up and sleep on the couch that night. What is he doing? Why is he doing this?
