Translate this into plain modern English please?

The only difficult part to understand in this page, which is in pretty easy to comprehend english , is the reference to Nero. Nero, ,a crazy Roman emperor, murdered his mother. Hamlet does not want to be tempted to do the same thing. The last few lines repeat this idea and mean, basically, "however much I feel my mother deserves this punishment, please ,my soul, don't let me allow myself consent to do this". Giving seals is like giving permission, putting a stamp of approval on it, if you will. If you need more help may I suggest getting an annotated (with explanatory footnotes) copy of Hamlet from your library. And, believe it or not, as weird as Shakespeare sometimes sounds, his language is technically considered modern English. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
