This is the third time ive asked and i cant believe that no one has a suitable answer or suggestion?

I have a song entitled 'darwich' with a filepath of a href="http://w1.136.telia.com/~u13604049/..." rel="nofollow"http://w1.136.telia.com/~u13604049/.../a which keeps reappearing in my music library even after i have deleted it too many times that i care to mention!!!! i haev tried locating it in my music and also tried running a windows explorer search but it does not appear. Please can someone help
